GASP. lol
I fell into them while starting to breed ball pythons for kicks about 6-7 years back. I'm just hooked on them. Red is my favorite color, but I like how it affects other corns.
I wish I could pick up a few 08s at a fair price. I will buy a few 09s, but i will be real picky on them. Then at teh end of the world in 2012 I'll have a pile of babies lol.

I jus togt back into town this is the first time i have looked at the forums. I was holding my bloodred girl when i got home didnt check for white though.

Tom, These are some pics I took of lighter areas on my female b.r. They both however have a white "splash" on both sides of their necks that may or may not mean anything! Jeff

Here's a pic of the neck area of the female pictured earlier! Jeff

that looks pied sided to me. But what do I know
Tom - I didn't even bother looking at my snakes. For two reasons.
1. My luck is not good enough. If I wanted Pied sides, I'd have to pay 1000 each (even then I'd probably end up with regulars with one white scale - just the way my luck is)
2. My snakes have an unknown origin and are not "A" "top notch" bloodreds. They pass the minimum standards for bloods though, and I love them anyway. Someday I will be able to afford real nice, smokin highly diffused bloodreds. Someday.

what in the world!!? I did not click on a picture, but that rack magically appeared in my post anyway. Odd. Sorry. It has nothing to do with anything posted, but the computer decided to add the picture of one of my racks anyway. lol

I would think that neck area would be the easiest place to get some white. But that is more than I expected to see posted. I'm interested in dons view if he sees it.

like yesterday i checked on my 2 bloodred females to make sure they were brumating OK. BTW i am NOT a lucky Ducky- so i wasnt expecting to see any white. and i figured what the heck lets take a look.. a lil white towards the face but nothing special. i know where mine came from-but dont remember who- i do have the paperwork... but i got a real good deal on my gals so i KNOW they wouldnt be anything special. i havent checked my baby bloodred i got this year, but shes not doing so well... she didnt like being brumated so i pulled her out. tried to feed her and its a no go. i'm just surprised... i brumated all my snakes and 1 month later its amazing how healthy some look and how Dead others looked. i only lost a few... but i definately wont be brumating hatchlings and yearlings again....

I never looked.. I already knew.. I am not sure how many bloods I have at this time, as I have some straglers from lasts clutches lurking about..
I have some animals that came from a rich Z X KL stock breeding, have some rich Hume mystery animals, some from breeders that are not known here, and a male from CCCorns.. Spent the money years ago for better stock and it has paid off considering my results from this year, the fire posted below is a good example..
Regards.. Tim of T and J
Kin, I dont brumate mine at all. My house in in the upper 60s lower 70s all winter. I have actually had to turn my ac on it got a lil warm earlier in the month.
Tom
I went to look at mine. the big male has a nice ssplash on is right neck, and cloaca. Last summer pic I found below. Not very good, but shows some. He's a hand full, he acts more like a WC gopher.
But i took a peek at my 1.1 07s i bought as ity bity babies. The guy popped them for me and I saw penal and scent glands. but their tail lengths look the same now. In fact i was so lacsidaisical about housing them i lost track on who is who? whom?
I bought 1.1, but 0.2 would be a nice surprize. But 2.0 would be the pits. I need to probe them now and see what happens.
