Can any one tell the sex of my frilleds from this pic?

I think the one on top is a female and the other a male, but that could just be wishful thinking. They are both about 16 months old. Also, if they are male and female, what age/weight do they need to be before I try and breed them? Thanks, Jake.

I'd guess two boys from that photo--but it is hard to tell for sure from just one photo.
