Man usually bloods are super easy for me but I just had to have a big agressive wc male (stupid me).

You dont seem too sure what is wrong with your snake, perhaps you need to take it to a vet and get a professional opinion.

But, If infact it is scale rot, i have had success using betadine solution and cream.
I apply betadine cream every 12 hours. as well as soak the snake every other day in a mild solution of water and betadine solution.
Both can be bought at your local pharmacy for under 10 bucks each.

Again, if infact it is scale rot, remove any substrate like aspen, cypress, etc...and replace it with newspaper and/or paper towel as scale rot is an infection, and you want its cage to be as sterile as possible to prevent and secondary infection.
You will want to keep the humidity stable as usual, however, keep the substrate DRY.
Depending on how bad it is, it may take numerous sheds to fully clear up.
Again, make sure it is infact scale rot, before you go treating this.
