What do you think of Plastic Roof Cement(on homedepot website) to
waterproof a tegu cage?

I'd be curious to see exactly what you are considering, including a cost of the item.

In general though I don't recommend any of the elastomeric roofing compounds. They tend to be expensive on a per-gallon basis and some of them don't allow anything to be glued or silicones to them, which can be a problem.
