it has a clear shed accept a small patch by its tail . it does not have it every shed i have just noticed it a couple times . this is why i ask if its a real ghost

"Ghosts" as they are called are really hypomelanistic ball pythons, meaning that the melanin should be greatly reduced, which I'm not sure I see in your snake, though it is a looker. Check out this link for more hypo identification.... http://www.nextworldexotics.com/hgghost.htm
Then again there is the old, breed it and find out for sure! Good luck either way.
It does not jump out at me as a Ghost, although it does have a nice look. If you want a Ghost, males are very inexpensive right now. Your snake looks like a nice dinker project to me.
