Hi,

Quick genetics question -- What would be the offspring from a lavender albino X albino white phase tiger or albino lavender phase tiger? Thinking of what I am going to pair my lavender albino female with.. Is the tiger trait dominant/recessive?

Albino tigers (White, Lavender, Purple) Albino Normal Phase (White, Lavender, Purple)You will also get Tigers 100% het. Albino, and Normals 100% Het. Albino. That's your clutch! Most albinos tend to be Lavender or White phase. Purple's are in there, but seem not to come out as much as the Whites and Lavenders.

Error: You will not get any tigers or het normals because both parents are homozygous for albino, therefore, all babies will be at least half albino.

Tiger is the het form of the Super Tiger.

umm no? I bred my albino to my albino tiger and I got Albinos and Hets.

All the babies should have been albino unless some strange freak accident happened and you had a normal het hatch out. But albino to albino will only get you albino's.

how about super tiger white phase albino x any of the clark strain albino do we get super tiger albino as well?

Nope just albino tiger's in the whole clutch.
