To all Spanish speakers here, I apologize for butchering an otherwise fine language....

There's an amazing variety of gentilis and syspila patterns, probably more so than multistriata which seem to be generally consistent (yes, there's exceptions of course).
Here's the other end of the gentilis spectrum.
