my snakes are about 5' away from my feeders is that ok? any comments??
Before I switched to F/T my snake rack was right NEXT to my rat rack. Only problem I had was getting bit because the balls feed response was through the roof. Guess because of the smell? I dont see a problem with it except for any kind of parasites or diseases from the rodents? Hell I don't know I've been doing frozen fo 10 years now. I just got tired of the smell, the cleanup, the smell, the constant breeding, the smell, the additional cost, the smell....well you get the picture.

I agree with the previous post. I think your feeding response would be stronger.

My 10 rat colonies are in the same room as all of my snakes and all it has done so far is make them eat every time I toss them a meal! nice problem to have with ball pythons!
