How does one go about changing out the substrate without losing the eggs or miro-mealies? It is past time for me to put them in fresh bran. Just wondering how others do it.. Thanx

You could always sift out the larger bugs and worms. Than put some fresh bran mixed in with the powder. So you will not lose the eggs or the very tiny bugs. It has worked for me. Than when the worms get bigger sift them and toss the left overs.
