of my 1st litter for 09, but I will try to get some better ones, once I fish them outta the goo...

Jungle X Ghost

What is the correct descriptor for the hypos?

a. Jungle dh Ghost, or
b. Triple het Jungle Ghosts

Either way, they're kinda cool to me.

Hope everyone is having as much fun as I am, and thanks for looking!

Thank you Jonathan! You need to bring that new camera and your new photography skills over here and make some more of your wonderful photos, only of my snakes! (I do them no justice...)

My BCI tend to breed anywhere from August through May for the most part. I seem to have early and late litters every year, as well as some during the "normal" time. My husbandry practices promote a wide "window of opportunity" as Jeff Ronne calls it. So, I introduce them periodically throughout the year and let them do their thing when they want to as opposed to when I think they should. I suppose they know what they are doing better than I do.

I had to start especially late this year as most of november was still in the 90's. It finally cooled off and the boas know what to do.

Congrats again on the litter.

Ahhh...you must be in southern Cali or something. As much as I hate winter (Cincinnati here), living in a more temperate climate I guess has it's advantages. It starts getting cooler here in September/October with significantly more rain in October. That probably helps things along with widening the window of opportunity, providing longer breeding seasons without having to artificailly replicate temperature and humidity changes (other than supplemental heat, of course).

And thanks!

to really simplify it you could call them Hypo Jungles het anery. While the triple het is more accurate it would probably confuse people, maybe specify triple het in the details. Just my $0.02

Thank you for the compliments and input, April! I think you are right, Hypo Jungle het Anery is certainly not as confusing and more easily understood. Thanks again!
