first and foremost, that is the risk you run with obtaining a wild caught adult reptile.
a few questions will need to be asked though,
what are the cage set ups, temps, humidity, size of cage?
what are you offereing the snake?
whats the sex of the snake?

Female.i put it in 150cm x 80cm,wood-made box.n i minimize handle in order to make she feel secure.
27-30degree celcius,n the humidity is 60-80%
i offer different size of mouse,rat n chicken.both alive n death.in day light n at the dawn..
Do i make something wrong with that condition?

a couple things you should keep in mind, that cage is too small for an 11 foot retic especially female. also, a retic that is 11 foot is probably at least a 1 - 1 1/2 year old, so she has been used to free roam of her wild habitat. they have a real hard time adjusting to captivity. she is also probably not used to human contact which adds more stress on her. all these could be reasons why she is not eating. however, it is winter time, she just maybe off feed due to the time of year (little cooler temps, and shorter daylight hours. i had a w/c thai yellowhead that was more of a rescue that i took in that didnt eat for 11 months, turns out he had intestinal parasites, that is another thing to consider, w/c snakes often come with parasites. so there are alot of factors that could attribute to not eating or a combination of all of them. also w/c snakes are much harder to tame to human handling.
