Is it better to put one male in with two females, or to switch off every other week whose cage he's in?? Thank you!!

Its best to put the male with one female until he's finished - wait a couple feedings, and then place him with the other girl. Switching him back and forth or keeping him with a pair of girl may not ensure that either becomes gravid, plus you'll have a worn out male.
