Can anyone wager a guess at Speedbump's age?

Adult.

Realistically, there is no accurate way to know a box turtle's real age unless you have had it since it hatched.

She is very pretty...nice colors.

I think it is fairly clear that she is not one of the older box turtles commonly found. You can still see her growth rings clearly. Elderly box turtles tend to become very smooth and the shell colors tend to become less defined and more like smudges.

One good way to determine age is to figure out what type of music she prefers. For example, most in their middle ages have no tolerance for Kanye West.
