How do you tell these morphs apart from normals? Or how do the genetics work?

Same as mojave, lesser and other het. blue eyed leucistics.

Not all the pictures of Russos that I've seen have been as easy to distinguish from normals as that photo. I'm guessing it's easier to tell them apart in person?
