It has the flame's and blushing like a Yellow Belly, but I'd like to see a pic of it's belly as well. A tentative yes for now.

Looks like it could be a Yellow Belly. But as already stated belly pics would be needed to tell more.

i have a 2 Proven YB's from different lines in which they do not have the yellowbelly's...just my 2 cents

They don't necessarily have yellow bellies. They have a checkerboard pattern along the sides of the belly which is why everyone asks for belly pics with YBs.
