Just wondering what you think this guy is. Just a normal ol corn?
Someone said Miami phase. I am a ball python guy, the girlfriend does corns. What do you all think?

Like everyone else mentioned...he's a great looking normal cornsnake- CONGRATS. I know some of the ball python people got alittle carried away with calling every ball with a tiny difference something new, BUT unlike ball pythons, cornsnakes come in a wide range of colors within their natural range. From silver/grey/brown ones like yours to orange/red ones...and everything inbetween. There's a subtle beauty in natural/non-morph animals!

i agree with normal. here is a photo of a nc locality corn that is similar to the miami phase.

Miami phase corn snakes have a grey background color with red or orange blotches. Miami locality corns are often (though not always) colored this way.

What I feel is a low qaulity Miami, but I think I will keep him regardless..

A little better quality of a Miami.. Againt like Tom mentioned.. likely not going to find many wild caught Miamis that appear as clean or as bright..

What the Op posted reminds me of this guy who is not a pure corn.. However this does not mean I am thinking yours is not pure corn..* reminds me I need to seriously update a lot of photos too *
