My 6 year old female leopard is showing some slight dryness in the joints between the scutes. I have not noticed this before, but it is very cold here in MN and very dry. I do pump moisture into her sleeping area but it is hard to be the moisture content very high.

These areas on the shell are rough to the touch and some small flaking is occuring.

Is this normal or is evidence of a growing problem? Does anyone recommend shell cream?

Thanks,

Ben
