follicle development

brick1 Jan 15, 2009 04:01 PM

dave, i know you use an ultrasound. Can you explain a bit about the follicle development in brbs. Ie do you track follicle size etc? follicle size etc, or are you more using just to see the heart beats of babies etc?

cheers

Ultrasound I wish!!! Only have a fetal heart monitor so is only good for hearing heartbeats once they are far enough along.

With a true ultrasound, I could get away with introducing a male at just the right time.

oh ok my mistake.

as you start breeding more and more, do you think you will add this, so that it is something that you use? I mean knowing exactly when to bred, or if something is gravid etc etc. Surely it would be put to good use. Just been reading on what some of the ball and boas go do, and a lot of the big boys seem to use.
