some people are working on them, but they seem to be few and far between. the question is how do you like them yellow and black or black and white?
longicuada are my favorite mine havent gone through there ontogentic color change like the above ones but at any stage of life they are far and away my favorite subspecies
male

female

mine are both 08s from mat bauman who is a heck of a guy and still has some available i do believe
I prefer yellow and black and if the saddles are connected for the most part, then that is a big plus!
bauman longis are known for that great part about longicuada is in 3 years they look like a whole differnt beast !
the extremely dark one is incredible i myself am very partial to bone white an dark black longicuada who produced them ?
they where both born here and are full sibs from different years the hypermel anery is a 04 and the yellow is a 06. i had a small litter of 11 this year from a hyper (not a anery hyper) to a stripe tail anery sister hopeful the hyper gene will prove but it took the 4 hypermels about 6 months to start really show the hyper color so they just hanging out till they color up some more.
by any chance are any of the hypermels you had born this year female ? and do you know which line they originated from ?
