Hey ya'll. I have posted this on the python forum before but I never realized there was a morelia forum. Okay, so I want a carpet as my first snake. I kind of have decided to get an Irian Jaya but is there any reason I should get a jungle? Or any other sub-species? I want a snake that is not boring to hold but is managable. I know a jungle gets bigger, but how big of a cage do you need for both, and how big on average will both of them get? I want a pure snake so I understand that an Irian Jaya is more likely to be so. Oh, and by the way, I would like to see both sub-species (or any other sub-species) being held so I can judge size better. Thanks!
