I just purchased 2 used vision 221 models and can't get the glass sliding doors on?? What is the secret...I'm going more nuts then I already am

Normally all you have to do is lift the glass up into the track on the top and let it drop down into the lower track. The cage must be sitting correctly in order to do this. Ocassionally on the 221's if there is any bowing in the center of the bottom of the cage getting the glass in can be a little difficult. If it's really tight I suggest you get a piece of PVC pipe and cut it slightly larger than the opening(about 1/2 - 3/4" wedge it into the center of the opening so it expands the bow to straight and leave it for about 24 hours. Normally the plastic will stay straight then.
