Thats a nice size female. I have seen many postings in the past few months showing really small females called adults. I have also seen people referring to ready to breed females at 170-250 grams. Dragons at that size I would consider sub adults or undersized........either way I would set a minimum weight at 350 grams for a smaller female(16-18" range, while if I had a female at 20" 350 grams would be underweight, so I guess it all depends. Have a pic of your female?

500g is a great weight to breed a female..unless she's exceptionally long (ie over 24". Ideally females should be at least 350g before breeding..and be completely healthy. Getting a complete physical by a vet, including fecal done to make sure they are healthy and parasite free is also a good idea (the male too).

Would love to see a picture of your girl She must be a good size to have that weight.

Oh also, even though weight is important, its also best to have a dragon at least 15 months old...but under 6 years.
