Thermostat Recommendations?

shedyourfears Jan 18, 2009 01:09 PM

What thermostat do you guys recommend?

I have Vision cages with Flexwatt heat tape underneath each cage...

I have some cheap thermostats regulating temps right now...but i definately want to upgrade...

At the moment I have 3 of the model 400's (4ft)

I am getting another model 400 within the next 2 or 3 weeks and a 2footer next week sometime...

(I have 3 boas, a carpet python and a cornsnake)

What do you suggest?

Is there any model i can plug multiple heat pads into?
(i.e. the 3 boas)

Thanks!
Jessica

Hey Jess,

IMO the best T-stat for multiple zones is the herpstat pro, $300 and change and you get four seperate channels, each with it's own independent 12' probe. You can set different temps for each channel and it comes with built in night drop.
