Yeah, they seem to be more "confident" with something like that in there.
I got the idea from a friend...who got it from a friend, etc.....

That is a good idea. How big can a snake get before it doesn't hold them anymore?

I assume depending on the size of a snake. A few months. On something like a ATB. Probably longer. I have a late 08 Coastal that is eating rat pups and it is still holding her. You could also make it a little stronger by making the arch smaller. I figure that would make it more rigid

You could try that or maybe run a piece of PVc underneath to give it some support. Just another idea.
