Living in L.A. I should know the answer to this, but do they come w/ the hole in the top or did you have to make it?

I drilled it out using one of those inexpensive plastic/wood frilling bits they sell at Home depot etc. They just fit on the end of a regular drill in all sorts of sizes. In this hobby you find yourself making so many holes it's worth it in the long run to pick some up imho. Good luck.

That's a cool simple set up. Is that PVC glued onto the box to hold the water bowl? Damp hide too, the only thing I'd ad if anything is a dry hide. Way to go, keep it simple and keep em happy.

Hi Tom! Thanks. Just a 4"PVC pipe coupler set on top of the newspaper to keep the deli cup from spilling. I find they like to go under the paper on top of the heat instead of a dry hide but maybe I should consider that too. I find the addition of the moist hide also gives the whole tub a nice moderate humidity level that's got to be good for them.I think your right, simple is good.Your progeny are doing well here!

I bet the snake would like a bowl big enough to soak in once in awhile,i just dont get why all these breeders use thimble size bowls for snakes.

Real COOL BobS, is that a Sulfer Albino? the Lav thing is?possibly Cr@p IMO , i know T- and T Albino descibes lack of pigment ,not necessarily melanin which is not clearly descibed as with an A- MEL........which is the T-NEG, L8rC
Which i See in the Leopard Gegko pages(still no Amel leos ...BTW Leos are no longer little 4" egg layers they are pretty COOL and getting bigger than a decade ago.some appear Gila...............Thanks as you have always shown awesome replies and pics...........

Thanks Chris. I got them from Chis Feenan as Hypo Brooks( not into Morphs but they looked so nice) and he told me he'd gotten them from Tom. Great personalities too. I'm real happy with them.

Didn't you post a pic of a really big Beautiful Hypo Brooks named "old Yeller" in your backyard a long while ago? I also really like Brandon Osbornes Normal Sulfurs. They are really striking.

BobS Jan 21, 2009 08:49 AM

Yup, That's the pic! What a beauty. When I saw these on Chris Feenans table I thought of that pic and Brandon Osbornes Sulfurs because the yellow was nice and intense. That's some monster sized animal there! Aren't Kings awesome? It's just great to work with such cool animals after a long day at work.
