At least to me lol.
Nice pics as always, is that last one an amel? His/her eyes look red.
Below is my first corn ever, I got in about 2003? And I had no idea what it was. Kathy Love ID'd it for me, and explained the whole bloodred thing in emails. Sadly see passed rather quickly after her first clutch. I sure wish I had her now with my big male. She was prolly 5' and a killer feeder as he is. She was the brightest bloodred I have ever seen. The picture below was taken with a cheapo cam, I did adjust teh gamma a bit as the picture was dark. but that was to make her look as she was. And get this, I took her as she sat at the pet shop for near a year at $125.

Yes Tom,that is my '06 male fire corn! He has gotten really big! That was a beauty that you had there, too bad she passed.Oh,and I agree,Bloodreds Rule!!! Jeff

I've been fascinated with bloodreds and all things attached with them (well...most things, I guess) for some ten years now. I think that they are the most interesting facet of cornsnake variety available to us.
I, however, prefer the darkest of dark, actual BLOOD red examples. This one below is one I got several years ago from Don Sodeberg, and he was my absolute favorite I've owned so far.
In fact, though I've got a much smaller number of snakes in the racks these days, almost all of them descend from this "old man" in one way or another!

That guy is maroon. It shows even in the bloodreds they are highly variable in color.
But he is very very cool.
Tim has a dark male too.
I sure wish I had females to breed. I mean my snakes of course lol
