Females and EGGS?!

Hi everyone. I just checked on my female this morningand guess what I found. A couple of flat eggs!! They weren't there last night!! So I was wondering what the deal was. Are they just unfertilized eggs she passed? She has been with my male once or twice, but I don't believe any mating took place. Will her laying waken her desire to breed? Can she breed after laying? Any info on the situation would be appreciated. My wife is gonna have a heart attack when she comes home and finds out. Thanks to everybody in advance!!!

I would try to put them back together in a couple days. Let her eat a couple good meals first.
