if she is in blue now, she should shed in roughly 3 day's.
first she will clear up and look like shed, but there won't be any shed skin in the enclosure. once she clear's, should be shedding within a day.

I mist mine in their enclosure when they are blue, and they don't like it much until their skin comes off in one piece. I keep my humidity right around 45-60. The winter is dry so I use a warm mist humidifier. Works nice. If she already shed and she still has blue eyes, then she didn't shed her head, and you might have to wait until her next shed for it to come off. I have had a couple do that when I had trouble getting the humidity above 30, but then I started using the humidifier and it works great. Good luck.
