Hypo Motley Poss Het Albino

fgs Jan 24, 2009 01:02 AM

This male 08 holdback hypo motley is begining to show some off white scales near his tail. I'm hoping this is an indication that he's het fo albino. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he proves out in few years.

i hope everyone has a great 09 season.

I think I see one good scale about half way up the body in what is already a great looking hypo motley. Good luck with all of your litters this year.

Thanks everyone for the compliments about my animals and the photos of them.

I take at least 10 shots before I get one I like. I had to laugh when Ty said "how do I get them to pose like that". The truth is that snakes are very dificult to get decent photos of as I'm sure everyone on this forum knows. It's very hard to explain, but I am constantly working the animal to hold still. I like getting shots showing a side view of their head. What I love to see in a good BCI or BCC photo is where the head of the snake is very close to the most beautiful part of the tail. I want those two items to be the focal point of the photographs I take.

I've taken over 5000 photos with the camera I work with and I've only had it for two years. The reality is It's all about quantity to get quality.

I wish everyone a great season.
