Leucistic Tx Rat

Steve_Craig Jan 25, 2009 05:19 PM

Here's a couple of pics of my Leucistic Texas rat. I picked up this guy at a show a few months ago, and I'm asking myself why I never had one before. Beautiful animals, and mine has an excellent attitude to go along with that beauty. Steve

Beautiful snake!
While we're on the subject I've got a female leucistic texas rat that I may breed. The thing is that she has those bug eyes. If she is bred to a male that is fine like we've seen here, what percentage of the young will likely have the females bug eyes?
Is it worth breeding her? She's a pretty snake otherwise.
Mike.

Can you post some pics of the "bug eyes"? I'm getting a Leucistic Texas Rat next week and I don't know what to look for.
