Anyone know what morph this is? I have heard people call this a hypo and some an a axanthic. Not sure what it is. I picked up a trio last summer and I am not up on all the new Cal king morphs. Hopefully Kerby the Calif king expert can chime in!!??

Thanks Kerby!
Do you have any hypos that look like this?
If not, can you post some hypos that you may have?
rAINER
I think mine has solid black eyes...which makes me lean toward thinking axanthic

I have not got a chance to look at the eyes but we got ours from the same place. I bet yours is a sibling to my 1.2 trio.
I wonder is there are any hypos out there that look similar?...hello? Anybody??
Blaze goini
My hypos (from Gerald Merkers Line and Shannon Browns line) are more purple and yellow where yours appears to be more grey. Maybe a desert phase hypo??? I know mine are all coastal phase from the hets. It could be a type of hypo, or possibly a dark lavender? Can you post a close up of the eyes?
here are mine

Ya I will post a close up of mine. I have a feeling they are deserts like you say.
Those look a little different! Someone said axanthic? They don't look like any hypo or lavender that I've ever seen!
COOL STUFF MAN!!!!!!!

Yeah that is why I picked them up. I don't know much about cal king morphs but it looked different. I like them a lot.
Kerby says hypo so I will have to go with that. I have seen axanthic ca; king one time (only one person ever produced them) and these look different....I don't know....maybe they are axanthic. Just different from the axanthics I have seen before.
Remember what the guys told us? They said as babies they stand out like sore thumbs next to siblings and that they appear axanthic. I am going with that for now....sure the probable hypos we discuss on here from time to time are similar to these but I think these are different....and of course they're different from the other axanthics that are not available yet.
I don't mean to be down on anything snake related but this reminds me of my quest to discover the truth about Snow Pines. With all these unknowns Cal King morphs it would take years and a fairly sizable collection to get to the bottom of it all and it doesn't seem like too many people care. That is what people say to me about the Snow Pines....no one cares that much about it except me haha!
Take a good look at the eyes on all of yours. I only have one... but the reason I ask is the Ghost [Axanthic} Gophers I work with have super dark if not like solid black eyes.... so this could mean everything or nothing with the kings,,,,but if all ours have dark eyes i'd consider leaning towards these snakes of ours being Axanthic.... I think the other ones are cooler but for now I am glad I have my lone male from this line.
