Clean Beardie

AIRBOURNE Jan 30, 2009 11:42 AM

When beardies go number 2, how do they stay clean without toilet paper? I'm just wondering because when my beardie "went" today there was still some "residue" around his "cloaca". What will become of this "residue", will it dry up and fall off? Should I be cleaning him?

Thanks!

just give him a bath in luke warm water. Typically a ten or twenty minute soak is all that is needed to get any residue off. A soft old toothbrush can be used to help remove any stubborn spots. (of course this should be an old toothbrush or one used exclusively for the dragon, so don't nick anybody's brush without them knowing LOL )
