persian rat hatchling feeding probs

hi there, does anyone here have experience of getting persian rat hatchlings to feed?
i picked up a pair at a show, but haven't been able to get them to eat so far.
i'd like to hear other peoples methods/tricks to get them started.

I picked some up in Sept one year which wouldn't eat. Gave them a brumation and had no problems after that.

Also, be sure they aren't too warm. Over 80F and I wouldn't expect them to eat.
