He is the largest and brightest of the five that I got in a trade from joecop in Maryland.

He just ate a live pink but has been eating FT,This is his 4th or 5th pinky.

He has a cool head pattern the Y or V is incomplete.

Joe ask your daughter what she named this one

His sister ate yesterday

'
The others have eaten more then these two Ill have to take some pics of them.

Great shots Doug. I always did like that top one and his head pattern. I kind of like the "non uniform" patterns when it comes to easterns.

Hey Joe,

Do you have pics of the parents to post?

Dave

joecop Feb 01, 2009 01:05 PM

Sure do. I will take some tonight though and post them current. Not sure the male is the father as both were w/c fifty feet from my house under the same 6 inch wide wood plank. The male was caught three weeks after the female and she was caught gravid. Who knows for sure but they are the only two I have ever seen in my yard.

Well, I kept Beast,Prince,Ariel,Snow White. You got Lucifer,Belle,Cinderella,Tasha and I cannot remember the last one. I will find it. She had to re-name Ariel after I popped him to Prince Eric. Crazy little girl. If only the snakes could talk--- I am sure they would be pissed.

Thats great!! Boy, glad they are not in school together, it would be very confusing for the snake teacher.

Dniles Feb 01, 2009 02:35 PM

Wow, those are great...especially like the male. Very clean looking.

Dave

joecop Feb 01, 2009 03:10 PM

Thanks Dave. I think he is pretty myself.

snake_bit Feb 01, 2009 03:06 PM

That male has nice redish blotches and a bright clean background. The female has better black borders( I love those ) and her blotches are a nice brown. I see she has a head pattern like the baby.

Here's a female I used to have.

Ah!! the milks of my youth! used to find them along rock walls and old barns quite frequently. Then they disapeared. never really figured out why. Some of those areas are still quite rural but haven't yeilded milks, at least for me, in years.

Doug,
Those are some smokin' red easterns! Good pick-up on those beasts.

Joe,
You hatched out some nice animals this year, no doubt about that!
