Looks like he is getting more orange, yeah, but the lighting seems to be different in just about every pic, so it's hard to be absolutely sure. Either way, he's pretty.

Well, from the pics it's hard to tell, significantly different lighting, the after pics appear a bit over exposed.

But it is typical for BRB's to color up over the first 6 - 18 months. The real question is always which general color direction will one individual go - orange, red, brown or even yellow. And how extreme will it end up.

Great looking BRB any way you slice it!!!!

dave, just out of interest about the brown colour you mentioned. Do you have any pics, or say a juvenile that looked brown, that has turned into an adult brown?

I hung onto two BRB's in 2006 for the Blush pattern. They both were more brown than my normal vibrant color keepers.

I've put together sequential pics on each, will post in following messages.

Dave,
...WC ones are all over the place on colors. dark ugly reds, pretty bright reds, oranges, pretty mahogany browns, dirty browns, and yellows. What I see as they grow is that most of them get better color each time they shed for the first 18 months but also that they go back and forth some along the way.
