I have an adult creamsicle. She is refusing to eat and has really dry scales on the top of her neck. I don't know what is wrong with her. She hasn't eatin in about two weeks and her stool looked dry and didn't have much substance. It was really white and powdery.

the dry skin could be retained shed. Try a mild warm soak in water. it may help with the defication problem as well.
