i worry about my lizard frying with my 150 watt bulb so i just keep it on maybe fir a 2 to 3 hour period. but with the heat changes i think shes akting diffrent could i have some suggestions

Um, do you have a thermometer? They like it hot, but you have to know how hot it is before we can tell you what to do.

and wat kind of material can they lay their eggs on? i think she has infertal one

Then try a 100 watt bulb instead. They need about 10 hours of heat a day, but 130 is overkill. They lay their eggs in sand, or whatever the substrate is that you are using.
