News on Madacascar roaches.

In Thailand, they ceased from the owners great number of Madacascar cockroaches. They were killed humanely and tossed into the furnaces. Sciencetists says these insect contain 40 different germs. The Thai authority told people to find other exotic animals to keep as pets, that won't harm the environment and people.

Everything carries germs. The only way I see roaches can be considered "dirty" is if they live in trash and feces which is often the case. Other way, I don't see how they are any more dangerous than say...a cricket. Andy
