Good stuff Dan, AND so early in the season. Definitely share pics from years past. I havent met an annulata I haven liked yet. Any specifics or are they simply generics? Thanks mate...

Dan's posting snake-porn again! LOL Good stuff, Dan. Those are smokin' animals - I can't believe how much they look alike in banding width and coloring.

Field season approaches...

Hey Cole,

Thanks man! I'm just glad I'm not the only pervert out there that enjoys a little snake porn.

They do look alot alike. They are from 2 seperate clutches, but have the same dad.

Talk to you later,

Dan

Thats a great hognose pic.I remember I found one in Virginia a few years back.First he rattled his tail figuring I might think he's a rattlesnake. Then he puffed out his neck trying to impersonate a cobra.Well none of those were working so he defecated on me.Well that did work and I set him back down under his tin but he wasn't finished. He flipped over like the one in your pic to show m how he was now dead(maybe from the smell of his crap).I turned him back on his belly and he quickly flipped over on his back again insisting he was dead.

Thats different, I've never had one shake its tail, but every one has done the same plying dead trick, they just keep flipping themselves onto thier backs over & over. Theyre great!

same snake

I've never seen one of the plains hogs arround here di it, but a few of the Mexican hogs I have pretend they are cobras every time I open thier cages.
