This gal isnt the most colorful of snakes but I dig the nearly perfect checkerboard pattern on her. I have a locality pair of these and they are almost identical. She's an '08

I do love the locality stuff - all of it!!

That's a pretty sick looking Gopher you posted there.. I remember you posted that one - maybe more, a little while back.
Great looking locality animals.

Take Care.

Yeah, I'm stoked to have this pair. They really do look like twins.

The het. blonde GB's and the 08 McGurtys are doing really well for me. I was going to post up the GB's but both are in shed right now.

Thanks again Bro.

Those annectens from out that way are cool. Did you flip or cruise that one? I like their light tan color. Though she doesn't have the perfect checkerboard, I have a SD female that I found under one of my board sites in Brown's Canyon.

That is a very nice gophersnake. Nice find. Do you have a mate for it from the same area?

Last spring my daughter and I found this one which appears to be a bit darker under the exact same board that I found the snake in the first pic. Unfortunately the area we found it was badly ravaged by fire and has since been closed off to all, but the residents of the private community that live there. Sorry for the fuzzy pic.
