I'm using the gutload from progeckos.com now that cricketfood.com is out of business. I use progecko's food for my crix, roaches and some mixed with bran for supers. Otherwise I use apples for moisture for supers and crix. Oranges for roaches.

I don't raise crickets, but for the supers, I use ground rabbit food pellets mixed with ground ferret and ground dog food. For moisture, I give a handful of fresh greens every day. I also will share any bits of raw fruit or vegetable scraps I have and the occasional left over cereal.

Nothing wrong with the oatmeal, but I wouldn't use it as a stand-alone food.

I use the fluker's high calcium cricket diet for my crickets along with some veggies and fruit now and then. They seem to do very well with the stuff.

i havent raised crickets in quite some time but i fed them ground up cat food, fish flakes, and fresh greens that i would give my reptiles...as for the roaches i pretty much offer the same but i also give them oranges...i never raised supers and silkies, hornworms, and phoenix worms all come with their own food
