... if you want accountability for the actions of customers.
Scenario: You sell a burmese python to a customer who is fairly
knowledgeable and has a decent cage set up to house the snake. Five years later, he loses his job and can't afford to care for the snake anymore. So in a moment of extremely poor judgement, he releases the snake in the woods. A few days later, the snake eats a neighbor's poodle, or even worse, bites a young kid. Since the snake's owner has no money, guess who might be the next person in the civil lawsuit?
Thanks,
Ed

>>someone bought a snake from you and then 5 years down the road did something stupid (like those people with the retic that attacked their 3 year old) or had some sort of accident with the snake. There will ALWAYS be accidents and irresponsible people, whether it is with snakes, dogs, cars, etc.

>>>>I agree that the media is ignorant about this. News Flash..... The media is ignorant about everything and we all know that,so when this happens we can only blame ourselves. The humane society (oxy moron if their ever was one) and PETA are all about lies. They want to make owning a pet of any kind illegal, and the idots with the retic just put a smile on their faces.
