Hey all,
Dave can attest to the frequent storm fronts we've been having in the SF Bay Area lately. I say, "Bring it on!". Not only does CA deperately need the rain, but the storms really bring out the friskiness in the snakes.
Since I gave all the rainbows the last year off, I decided it was time to do something special. This is Sherman, a proven het for hypo male getting comfy with my biggest female, "Tampa". I weighed her a couple of months ago and she tipped the scales at just over 9 pounds! Her background is unknown but when she was bred to my hypo male two years ago, there was a single hypo offspring in her clutch of 11. Although I have another three females that have been cooled and are ready to go, I think this one BRB pairing is all that I'm going to attempt this season.

Oh yeah. And the chondros seem to like the weather as well. Here's Sony's Jewel warming up to Morel for the third straight season. Do they say "Third time's a charm"?

Good luck to everyone on the upcoming breeding season!
