Can you post a pic?

A bulge under the eye can be too many things to guess, especially without a picture. It could be anything from additional problems with MBD from before, an abscess, blocked tear duct, tumor and other things.

Yep, could be lots of things, and could be dangerous to diagnose if you don't have some long term familiarity with that type of issue.

My first advice would be to see a vet.

As for what it MIGHT be, there is a path between the eye and mouth, so that if mouth infections get more serious, it spreads up to the eye, and the pus/cheese/mucus actually builds up under or around the eye.

The eye is swollen or puffy, you pop open the mouth and holy smokes, you see three badly infected teeth, the source of the problem.

That is just one scenario. See a vet if you are unsure : )

Best of luck.

I will try to post a pic and that is a good scenario because with the jaw problems he cant shut his mouth right and it is always open at the tip......

I took in a rescue last September that has a significant underbite. His moouth is always partly open with his tongue visible also. Thankfully it hasn't caused any problems.
