eating dead crickets....

ehhh does anyone think its bad for a lizard to eat dead ckrickets? i had my one lizard eat a dead cricket and was wondering if that even mattered. i couldnt beleive he ate it!!! he was so excited to eat i dont think he knew they were dead ohh wel..

Hi Guy, I would not make a practice of it, sometimes crickets die from mold / fungus from wetness or whatever , can't be too good for your lizards. Also a DEAD bug is not very nourishing either

I'm sure all of our lizards have grabbed a dead bug from time to time they find in their cage before we clean it, just don't allow him to eat them purposely, try and remove the dead ones.

ok, i think he grabbed it by accident didnt realize it was dead, i just happened to see that and was wondering if it was ok or not. thanks tho...
