Strange how when hypo's came everyone stopped trying to acheive real nice normals. In my opinion the nicer clean examples of both species rival any of the morphs.

I wish I'da held on to my Hondos years ago...

For a normal honduran, that is really a nice looking snake.

That ruby red against the black is magnificent
Not sure normal is the right word to discribe that snake.
Cool snake thanks for posting it

I like the red/black contrast myself.

Great looking Honduran. I love how Tim presents them, "het for nothing."
Here is a het for nothing beast of a male.

More het for nothing.

And the het for nothing that dropped em.

These are some of the oldest milks in my collection, and I never get tired of seeing them and working w/ them.

Man, I like that better than any of the morphs you see here.

Wow Dell. Those are nice. Especially that male. I may need to be on your het for nothing list this summer.

I love the deep red. That seems to get lost in the hypo's. Don't get me wrong, I love the hypos and have a young pair myself. How big is your male?

terryd Feb 16, 2009 04:33 PM

He's a little over 5' and 1236 grams.

Here is a little 08 multistrata @ 6 grams. But she thinks she's big. -Dell

Very nice. Thats the look that made me a life long fan of the hondo years ago.

I had a normal male several years back that looked alot like that, and was 4' at a year and a half w/o being power fed. Virtually no tipping. It escaped, and it still haunts me to this day.

It really is hard to improve on the natural beauty of a smokin' hondurensis, isn't it?!

Another het. for nothin':

Nothing like going back to basics. Very nice IMO. I saw Tim moved the last of those recently -- a group of 5 I believe. Seems like some pure hondurensis will be making their debut in greater numbers in due time.
