what is the best way to get the eye cap off im soaking in warm water and using this snake oil stuff from nature zone. im not one for gimmicks but i dont want it to be blind in that eye. iv looked at it and looked like it would come off, but i tried to pull on it and looked liek her eye was going to pop out of socket. and apperd to swell. i put her back and let her rest. what can i do
