Curious, what is the law for NY state if I buy an alligotor for the express purpose of selling it to a person who lives out of NY state......
Can I get a gator shipped to NY but not keep it in NY after say 1-2 days

Possession for any period of time in the state of NY is unlawful. It is impossible for them to know whether you are truly only keeping the animal for 1 day or 1 year.
