Can a female from a calico produce calico's? She is at 6 foot from a wild import and was graved when imported can she still change color? Since she don't show the calico color and pattern dose that make her a het calico? Any info on calico's will help thanks

to my understanding, they are still trying to prove out the calico gene, or i should say trait. from what i gather, they are thinking it is either a recessive trait or a sex-linked trait to females
