Yeah, there have been a few threads on this. They are probably fungus gnats. The eggs can be in soil and all they need is enough water and they will hatch. If the soil is excessively wet they will never go away. Make sure no water is dripping directly into the soil and when you mist try to avoid the soil as much as possible.
My suggestion would be to repot the plant (wash the roots, too) with new, sterile soil, water it well but don't drench, just so all the roots are making contact with soil. Then you can put river stones or some other decorative cover to maintain moisture so you don't need to water as much. It's sort of like learning your cham's needs - if you learn your plant's needs you can avoid the fungus gnat problem in the future - they do suck!
